  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding shipping time. As each product is individually handmade by me, this timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and proper packaging for every item. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Although Honey May Collection is not directly affiliated with the shipping company, please feel free to contact us if any issues arise. We will do our best to resolve them and ensure your satisfaction.
  • For tracking information, please refer to the tracking number and carrier details provided in your email correspondence. If any issues arise, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. While we am not liable for lost packages, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Contact@HoneyMayCollection.com if you encounter any problems during the shipment process, and give our best efforts to help
